U.S. shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $9.99 USD for orders below $79.
• Free standard shipping: orders of $79 USD or more.

The final available rate is displayed at checkout before payment. Product prices and shipping charges are shown in U.S. dollars.

Processing and delivery

Estimated delivery information, when available, is shown during checkout or in the shipping confirmation. Carrier transit times are estimates and may change because of weather, address issues, peak demand, or other carrier conditions.

Tracking

If tracking is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation after dispatch. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address changes

Review the shipping address before placing an order. If an error is found, contact us promptly. An address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Damaged or delayed parcels

Keep the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and product. Contact us with the order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
